I know that it made a difference

Ryan,

Good afternoon!  I just returned from LA after completing the California portion of the Gavin de Becker training academy!  I still have 17 weeks of probation left, but I am officially employed by Gavin de Becker!  I wanted to thank you for all of your hard work and expertise.  I know that it made a difference ... when we got to the academy they gave us the breakdown...they took 1286 application/resumes for this academy, there was 6 of us there and 5 that passed.  Part of the selection process was definitely how professional our resumes are, and that it was geared towards the position applied for.  I also wanted to thank you for the extra advice in interviewing. I was able to answer all of my questions and follow up with how it relates to me in real life situations (I had a 30 minute phone interview, 45 minute first interview, an hour and 45 minute second interview, plus a polygraph test!)  But with your advice I was able to stay focused on the question at hand and think of what I could of/should of added to back up each question.  I am grateful for your service and will recommend you to anyone who looking to build a resume/cover letter, career.  Thank you so much Ryan!

Best Regards,
Andrew
